The Town Council’s Planning Committee has recommended that plans to expand the units at the Old Piggeries on Godminster Lane are approved.
The enlarged units will allow the successful businesses based there, including Taylors Traditional Bakers and Three County Tyres, to expand.
The final decision will be taken by South Somerset District Council.
