The Council has some people on the Waiting Lists for allotment garden plots. You may appreciate that at present we cannot enter into lease arrangements with new tenants but will do so as soon as possible; that is likely to be end April 2020. Thank you for your patience.
The Council appreciates that at this time in particular, allotment gardens help maintain our health and wellbeing; provide food; and enable exercise. However, of course, if you must visit the Council’s allotment gardens, you must comply with the Government’s directions: only visiting the allotment gardens if essential; distancing from other people; gatherings; and limiting visits for health/exercise.
