The Town Council has been asked to consider the following planning applications and recommend for or against approval. The applications will be considered at an online meeting of the Council’s Planning Committee on June 5th at 10am. Members of the public who would like to ask questions or make comments at the meeting should contact firstname.lastname@example.org by June 4th to obtain an invitation. The meeting will also be streamed on YouTube where it can be watched live or later at https://bit.ly/btcyoutube.
Members of the public may also submit written representations to the Town Council by emailing email@example.com. However the Town Council can only make recommendations on planning applications – the actual decisions are made by South Somerset District Council (SSDC) – so members of the public may prefer to submit comments directly to SSDC. Anyone can Register on the SSSC website to Search, Save, Track and Comment on Planning Applications direct to SSDC. SSDC is unable to accept submissions sent in by post at the moment.
