This special meeting of the Town Council has been called to discuss the planning submission concerning a treehouse in the wood by Tolbury.

The Council will decide whether to recommend to South Somerset District Council that it should approve or reject the proposal. It is purely advisory. The decison will be made by SSDC at a date to be decided. Individuals who wish their submission to be heard by SSDC should submit comments directly on the link above.
The meeting will be held virtually using Zoom with remote attendance, and streamed for anyone to watch on YouTube.
Any member of the public or press who wants to ask a question should email townclerk@brutontowncouncil.gov.uk at least 24 hours in advance to receive access information.

Before the start of the meeting members of the public will be given an opportunity to comment on Agenda items, at the discretion of the Chair, but they should be aware that the proceedings will be filmed or recorded.
