Bruton Town Council playground, MUGA and skate park Jubilee Park

The Town Council’s children’s playground, the MUGA and skate park at Jubilee Park are unlikely to reopen this weekend (4 July 2020).  No doubt many people will have seen that those parts of Jubilee Park have been closed and cordoned off in accordance with Government instructions during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the easing of restrictions the Council now has to satisfy itself and its insurers that opening is safe. The Council is taking advice from SALC, SSDC and watching what other councils are similarly doing. This action is likely to be considered by the Town Council at a meeting before end July 2020.
