At the last whole Town Council meeting an active point of discussion was the effect of the lockdown on smaller businesses around Bruton with members of the public sharing their experiences and concerns. The decision was taken by the Town Council to write to the local MP, David Warburton, registering the level of concern within the community and the council. A copy of the letter sent is below.
