Here is the latest news letter from Somerset Waste Partnership that has been sent out with the following message from SWP.

Three weeks after its launch, the service is starting to bed-in, but we are very aware that it has been introduced at a time of disruption and significant pressure on our collections. This has made it harder to deliver a smooth launch of the new service. We apologise for that and understand that there may be some frustration among residents. We would ask that people bear with us through this difficult period and not lose sight of the environmental benefits of the services. The disruption to collections is temporary, those benefits are permanent. We expect to be able to provide figures for extra recycling collected in South Somerset in the next and final Recycle More Messenger. We hope you find this update useful in keeping your communities and colleagues informed.

If collections are missed they can be reported on the South Somerset website. The link is below.Recycle More Messenger South Som No 5 15.7.21 (1)
