A report was presented at the October Full Council meeting, that summarised the ‘Connecting Abbey Ponds’ project to date. The ‘Connecting Abbey Ponds’ project is the upgrade of the gateway by the railway bridge to a ramp, which will improve accessibility, and to improve the surface that has worn away. The footpath is also to be extended through the Durslade Community Gardens, and new gates to be installed.
