Introduction

Bruton Town Council has been awarded a National Lottery Awards for All grant to ‘bring our community together to build vision for the future of Bruton Unionist Hall’. We are now inviting tenders for this work.

The Specification: describes the work we want the successful bidder to perform.

The Programme Plan: gives some background, and explains how this work fits into the wider programme.

The Stage Two Business Case: explains why the Council has decided to proceed to this stage of the Programme.

The Awards for All grant application: explains what the grant we have received is for.

Questions and answers

If any bidder has a question about the tender prior to interview, this section will be used to ensure that all bidders receive the same information about the answer given.

The deadline for submission of bids given in the Application Process document was given as 12.00 noon on Monday 12 October 2018 in error. This date does not exist. In response to a request from a bidder, the deadline has been extended to 12.00 noon on Monday 15 October 2018. The Council apologises for this error.
