On 2 December 2025 the Charity Commission published their decision about the future of Bruton School for Girls Trust. Rather than attempt to summarise and therefore potentially misinterpret the decision, we have attached firstly the letter written by the Commissioner to the Town Councl, and secondly the Commission’s new regulating scheme for the BSG Trust, which becomes the only governing document for the charity and replaces its existing governing documents.
